Leadership Giving

When you become a leadership giver, you join hundreds of like-minded individuals in our community who come together to make incredible things happen with their annual leadership gift to United Way. Learn more about our Leadership Giving Societies below and consider joining the group that interests you most.

United Way of Greater Rochester is pleased to offer Fast Track, a unique giving option that allows you to reach the leadership level of giving gradually over three years while being immediately recognized as a leadership donor. The Fast Track program helps you evolve your philanthropic goals as you continue to increase your giving levels to our community through United Way.

Fast Track members give $500 in first year of membership, $750 in year two, and $1,000 in your third and final Fast Track year. You can Fast Track your Young Leaders’ Club membership with gift of $100 in your first year, $250 in year two and $500 in year three. You can also become a Fast Track Alexis de Tocqueville Society member with a gift of $5,000 in your first year, $7,500 in year two and $10,000 in year three.

When you take advantage of Fast Track, you will be fully recognized as a member of your chosen leadership affinity group(s), invited to select events, and listed as a leadership donor unless you specify that you would prefer to remain anonymous. When you select the Fast Track option on your pledge, United Way will contact you to confirm your gift and entry into one or more leadership societies. United Way’s Leadership Societies include:
