In these challenging times, meeting the very basic needs of people in our community and helping them develop skills to reduce their dependence on services is critical. United Way is helping address the immediate needs of people right here in our community by leveraging your donations to the Community Fund. The goal is simple—all individuals and families in our community will have their basic needs met. GIVE, ADVOCATE, VOLUNTEER to help meet the needs of people in crisis in our community.
Double your impact and help ensure that everyone in our community has their basic needs met during United Way's 2010 campaign. Monro Muffler/Brake, in memory of it founder Chuck August, will match dollar-for-dollar every new or increased donation that is earmarked for crisis services.
